So Adobe fires back:  http://gizmodo.com/5613970/adobe-is-totally-over-apple-they-swear

While I can agree with the following point uttered by Narayen, "We believe in open systems," I find it hilarous that the purveyor of Flash has the gall to be talking about "open" systems.  Flash is anything but.  You may condemn Steve Jobs for putting his foot down, and putting his money where his mouth is with HTML5, but Flash is absolutely not an open platform.  There is only one runtime, though you can make the argument you may create Flash content in other tools that Adobes, but you cannot run those tools in anything but the Adobe Flash Player.

Personally, I hate Flash - I stand behind Jobs' decision to not support Flash on his platform, but I also like open systems.  I don't like the fact that I have to "root" or "jailbreak" my electronics devices.  The sea change is coming, and it's Android.
